Position Summary: The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting in gathering requirements, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. Gather, refine and drive requirements Building business stakeholder relationship Uncovering needs through flow diagrams Facilitate requirements working sessions Relaying and clarifying requirements for the development and testing teams Prepare and/or review test cases Provide Training for pre and post deployment. Maintain a healthy refined backlog Participate in Agile Ceremonies Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None): None Qualifications: Required Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications): A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment. Understanding and Agile mindset Preferred Certified as Salesforce Administrator preferred

FLEX WORK IN WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy. Compensation Salesforce Business Analyst will earn a competitive annual salary of $95,000 - $115,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance. Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month. Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays.
