Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with speech and language needs near New Market, MD. This full-time position runs from October 1 through June 4 and offers the chance to work across multiple elementary sites, providing services that will empower young learners to succeed. You’ll enjoy working with a manageable caseload of 35-45 students, delivering direct therapy and collaborating closely with educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Maryland State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple school sites

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in coordination with the school team
• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in virtual interview for selection
