Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental and emotional health issues, which guide the development of individualized treatment plans. Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique background and therapeutic goals. Collaboratively set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adapting strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes. Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer remote sessions, ensuring no barriers to receiving consistent mental health support. Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reinforcing our commitment to high-quality care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population encompasses a diverse demographic, including both adults and youth, facing a wide range of mental health struggles including relationship issues, trauma, personal development, and emotional regulation. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling, is required. An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon is essential. A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting, where therapeutic skills have been applied effectively. A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health therapy is necessary to ensure compliant practice. Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team is required, showcasing communication and interpersonal skills.
