In this role, you will work closely with global stakeholders and play an active part in strengthening and developing our customer solutions together with IT and commercial teams. You will be part of a global setup with engaged and driven colleagues, where collaboration across regions is key to delivering consistent results. As a core member of the team, you will ensure that customer solutions are set up rightfrom the start. This means not only meeting customer requirements but also ensuring that our operations can execute with clarity, efficiency, and scalability. Your focus will be on building solutions that work in practices supporting both customers and operations, and enabling consistent, high-quality delivery across DSV.

Deliver road map initiatives and scalable business integrations. Join DSV as a Business Integration Manager and take ownership of complex, business-critical integration projects. You will work across regions, engaging directly with global stakeholders and key customers to ensure alignment and clear execution. You will represent global interests and drive integrations with close coordination between local and regional teams to support this. Together with IT, you will ensure that our integration solutions are scalable, fit-for-purpose, and support our customers' future setup with DSV.

This is a role with full accountability, owning your deliveries, pushing projects forward, and contributing actively to our enterprise agenda. You will operate where decisions matter, and where execution makes the difference.

More specifically, you will:

• Guide and drive global business integration initiatives.
• Identify & align the commercial & business needs and combine with IT requirements and define the optimal set-up, for both our clients & our operations.

What you'll bring to the team:

• System Savvy: Hands-on experience with key Supply Chain systems, allowing you to quickly understand and contribute to our operational technology stack.
• Integration Expertise: A deep interest in how systems interact, especially through EDI/API, and the ability to work with technical teams to ensure reliable data flow.
• Project Leadership: A proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time while keeping everyone informed and aligned.
• Strategic Vision: The ability to see the bigger picture, using a strategic lens to prioritize your time and projects for the greatest business impact.
• A Drive for Improvement: A passion for making things better, with knowledge of process optimization and governance to help us build more efficient and scalable solutions.
• Clear Communication: Flawless English communication skills that enable you to build relationships and articulate complex ideas to any audience.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $90,000-$115,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
