- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Prior payroll experience within a legal or professional services environment (required)
- Experience processing partnership payroll (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Process payroll for approximately 250 employees
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Handle partnership payroll, including distributions and related reporting
- Maintain and audit payroll data within ADP Workforce Now
- Collaborate with finance and leadership on payroll-related reporting and issues
