Service Advisor

Greeley Ford, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a talented Service Advisor (Service Writer) to join our team and uphold our core values of respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty, and teamwork. Responsibilities Greet all customers promptly and professionally. Determine the customer’s primary concern and review additional maintenance needs when appropriate. Offer a no‑cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer. Provide and document fair, competitive, and transparent price quotes that reflect the customer’s best interest and the dealership’s standards. Communicate with each customer in a manner that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed. Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business. Act as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or retail sales. Previous automotive service department or dealership experience preferred. Energetic, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented attitude. Excellent listening, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid in‑state driver’s license with a good driving record per company standards. Benefits & Compensation Competitive base compensation with commission potential of $5,000–$10,000 per month. Industry‑leading schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, 9:00am–6:00pm.
