Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Minneapolis

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Minneapolis, Des Moines, or St. Louis region. The role focuses on commercial support for product launches and indication expansion, working with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacies to drive demand and meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular travel throughout assigned geography to engage customers and support launches
Develop territory plans and local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
Collaborate with local TBMs and cross-functional teams to coordinate customer engagement
Communicate and engage with healthcare professionals and affiliated staff members
Meet and exceed assigned sales and launch objectives through effective resource utilization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Neurology sales background strongly preferred
Proven track record of high sales performance and product launch experience
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within coordinated team environments
Understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy operations
Must reside in assigned territory (Minneapolis, Des Moines, or St. Louis area)

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
