The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide essential diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with communication disorders, collaborating closely with educators and families. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to assess speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet students' educational and communication goals. Deliver effective therapy services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and educational needs. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social development. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and therapy interventions. Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program. Current Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
