Occupational TherapistWe are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy Services team in northwest Arizona. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for patients in an interdisciplinary setting. Your work will help individuals develop or regain essential daily living skills. A licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Arizona with a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred). Must have BLS certification and a passion for helping patients regain daily living skills. Experience with adult and geriatric populations is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in a collaborative healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Educate patients and families on therapy techniques for continued progress.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.Participate in professional development and mentoring programs.QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programLicensure: Current OT License through the Arizona Board of Occupational TherapyCertification: BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or clientExperience: Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populationsPreferred: Experience with individuals with physical disabilities and multilingual abilitiesNew Grads accepted!
