Associate Territory Representative - St. Louis - Southern Illinois

IQVIA is hiring Associate Territory Managers to launch new business in medical device sales, calling on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across St. Louis and Southern Illinois. This entry-level field role requires prospecting, relationship-building, and driving prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on assigned outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics to build territory from scratch
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and staff on product clinical and patient benefits
• Convert new prescribers and expand usage within existing accounts to drive prescription volume
• Conduct in-clinic product demonstrations, education sessions, and clinical staff follow-up
• Manage territory pipeline with accurate CRM activity and opportunity data; meet sales targets

Requirements

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and daily territory travel capability
• Cold outreach comfort and ability to navigate gatekeepers and lengthy sales cycles
• Strong verbal communication and professional credibility with healthcare providers
• Competitive, coachable mindset with ownership of sales results

Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base annually, plus incentive plans and bonuses
