CNC Machinist/Operator

Seeking experienced, reliable, and safety-focused CNC Machinists/Operators for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift positions. The role involves operating CNC machining equipment in a high-volume precision manufacturing environment to produce custom-turned components for the automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including Swiss-type and Hydromat equipment, to manufacture precision components.
- Perform machining operations while adhering to engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including routine shop floor housekeeping.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing schedules and support continuous workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Swiss-type, Hydromat, or similar CNC machines is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; trigonometry knowledge is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
