Interim CFO | Hybrid | 4-6 months

We are working with a healthcare client has an immediate opportunity for an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) here in Brentwood, TN. This is a smaller organization that needs support with building/maintaining 13 week cash flow forecasts, manage and mantain budget (including budget to actuals), team/gap assessments, preparation of timely financials, and guiding the leadership team with decision support/ad hoc reporting requests. Requirements: Must have proven experience as a hands-on CFO, preferably in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry Experience in a small-mid size organizations, proving to be hands-on with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and preparation of financials Comfortable leading accounting operations (through the Controller) and being hands-on with monthly close support as needed Local to greater Nashville and willing to be on-site 3-4 days a week in Brentwood Must be readily available to start and able to commit to 4-6 months Benefits: Our consultants have access to our benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) and 401K options, as well as our extensive network of resources, including holiday and bonus opportunities, and more.
