Customer Service Sales Representative

High-end, family-owned Stuart residential and commercial stone solutions business is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their rapidly growing team.
Experience in the commercial and residential stone business (granite, marble, etc.) is preferred.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is eager to grow alongside the business.
Successful candidate will train for 3 weeks at the sister location out of state prior to starting full time locally. All travel, lodging and meals will be paid for.
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
8 days PTO which can be utilized after 6 months of service.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication
- develop profitable sales and build long-term relationships
- prepare accurate and timely quotes and gather complete project information
- follow up on sales opportunities and educate customers on company's process
- communicate effectively with operations and maintain accurate company records
- oversee assigned customer projects from initial contact through completion
Sales Development:
- Call and follow up with prospective and exisiting customers
- develop new accounts and maintain long-term relationships
- re-engage prior customers and follow up on outstanding quotes
- build referral relationships, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and ask for additional opportunities
- convert qualified opportunities into company projects
$30.00 / hr + 2% commission on qualified commissionable projects
