Pay: $20–$27 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and abilities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and repair equipment to minimize production downtime.

What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, automated equipment, and related production systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-controlled equipment.
- Support the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and other mechanical repairs as needed.
- Document maintenance work, repairs, equipment issues, and parts used.
- Identify potential equipment problems and recommend repairs or preventive measures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience troubleshooting motors, conveyors, pumps, and automated machinery.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
- A dependable, detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery, noise, and moving equipment.
