Pediatric Speech Therapy Assistant - Revere, MA

Step into a dynamic, supportive school-based environment providing essential speech and language services to elementary-aged students. This contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through the remainder of the school year, with the possibility of extending into the Extended School Year (ESY) program.


In this role, you'll focus primarily on compensatory services within an elementary caseload. Your day will run from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm, with a 20-minute lunch break, ensuring a consistent schedule with evenings free. You'll have the chance to apply your expertise while working across two elementary schools located just 15 minutes apart, offering variety and the ability to make an impact across campuses.


Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current or pending licensure/certification as an SLPA, SLP-CFY, or SLP
• Experience supporting pediatric or school-age populations is preferred
• Competency in delivering compensatory speech and language services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• The ability to travel between two school sites (reliable transportation required)
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students within your assigned elementary caseload
• Execute compensatory services per outlined plans and schedules
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Flexibly transition between two school locations as needed
