We're partnering with a respected Commercial General Contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent with proven experience delivering large-scale Healthcare and Hospitality projects . This is an opportunity for a seasoned construction leader who excels in field operations, team leadership, project planning, and driving successful outcomes from groundbreaking through closeout. What You'll Do Lead all onsite construction activities for large Healthcare and Hospitality projects Oversee project schedules, logistics, quality control, safety, and subcontractor coordination Partner with Project Management on budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, and project performance Manage and mentor a medium-sized field team, including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff Drive project milestones while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality Lead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in alignment with project goals What We're Looking For 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor Proven success leading large Healthcare and Hospitality construction projects Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, logistics, and field operations Experience partnering on project financials, forecasting, manpower planning, and resource allocation Demonstrated ability to lead and develop medium-sized project teams Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 Certification preferred Why Join?
