Mid-sized law firm is seeking an experienced litigation secretary, with at least 2 years of Hawaii litigation experience. Candidate must be familiar with Hawaii State and Federal court filing procedures and rules. Responsibilities include: calendaring; preparing correspondence, pleadings and other legal documents; answering phone calls; managing electronic and hardcopy documents; etc. Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, dependable, detailed oriented and organized, able to multi-task, have good communication and writing skills, and exercise good judgment."
