Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Manager will play a central role in driving dealership success by:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
• Assisting in structuring and closing new and pre-owned vehicle transactions.
• Overseeing financing coordination and lender relationships.
• Supporting F&I performance and ensuring compliant disclosures.
• Forecasting and tracking monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Recruiting and training high-caliber sales professionals.
• Maintaining and exceeding the manufacturer's sales and customer satisfaction standards.
• This role requires a leader who can balance operational excellence, strong financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering a premium client experience.

Qualifications
