Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Odessa, TX

A polished, high-volume upscale casual restaurant is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our team and help drive success at our Odessa, Texas location!

Restaurant is a growing, chef-driven restaurant concept known for its elevated American cuisine, and curated selection of cocktails, wine, and craft beer. With multiple locations across Texas, the brand is built around delivering a unique, high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Our Odessa location is a guest-focused restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional service, outstanding food, and a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, team-driven culture where managers and staff work side-by-side to create memorable dining experiences.

We're seeking a proactive and experienced leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, excels at team development, and is passionate about hospitality. This role is instrumental in maintaining smooth daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring every guest receives top-tier service.

Day in the Life:

Lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and exceptional guest service
Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, set goals, and motivate staff
Foster a collaborative, team-first environment alongside other managers and staff
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor management in a high-volume setting
Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain service excellence
Monitor restaurant performance metrics and support profitability goals
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Step in to support service during peak times and maintain a visible leadership presence
Maintain a polished and professional dining room atmosphere consistent with standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience with scheduling, training, and managing day-to-day floor operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Restaurant opening experience is a plus
