Their proprietary platform is transforming how plaintiffs in mass tort and class action cases access justice. They are hiring a Case Intake Manager to lead and scale their intake operations from the ground up. This is an in-house role ideal for a seasoned case manager from a plaintiff-side firm who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and is excited to build something meaningful from day one. Why You Should Apply Help thousands of victims obtain justice in large-scale class action and mass tort cases Work with a high-caliber team of legal, tech, and operations professionals Competitive base salary plus equity in a purpose-driven startup Join a stable, well-structured organization early in its growth Shape systems and tools that will impact the future of plaintiff litigation What You'll Do Design and launch high-performing intake funnels for mass tort and class action campaigns Screen leads, vet eligibility, and secure signed retainers Maintain full compliance with TCPA, HIPAA, attorney advertising, and bar rules Track KPIs and optimize conversion rates, response time, and intake quality Build and manage a high-performing intake team as the company scales Collaborate with engineers, attorneys, and marketing to improve client workflows You Bring 3+ years of case intake experience in mass tort, personal injury, or consumer class action law Expertise with plaintiff-side intake workflows and qualification criteria Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Litify, Law Ruler, or HubSpot A sharp operational mindset and strong data tracking instincts Excellent written and verbal communication skills A bachelor’s degree from a top university Demonstrated longevity in previous roles Bonus Points For Experience in startups, legal tech, or fast-scaling environments Fluency in Spanish or other secondary languages Local to the San Francisco Bay Area Reporting Line This role reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with executive leadership.
