Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs with professionalism. Diagnose and identify customer concerns and service requirements accurately. Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers. Schedule appointments and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the service process. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Manage customer records and follow up on service appointments. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is an advantage. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Nice to have: Experience with service advising or a similar role.
