Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team at Max Motors Dealerships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs with professionalism.
- Diagnose and identify customer concerns and service requirements accurately.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
- Schedule appointments and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage customer records and follow up on service appointments.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with service advising or a similar role.
- Familiarity with automotive repair software.
- Certifications related to automotive service or customer service.
