Candidate Must: Be an advocate for fun Be professional Greet and welcome families Have good communication skills in-person/over the phone Love kids Demonstrate a strong desire to make a difference Display adaptability and decision-making skills in a fast-paced atmosphere Hustle Be a good first impression of the company on the phone and in-person Be comfortable not wearing shoes Primary Functions of Position: Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, responsible for kiddos getting to correct classes on pool deck Sharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase sale transactions Provide assistance to students to and from the pool area to maintain a strict schedule that ensures lessons begin and end on time safely Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition Coordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales Salary and Hours: Part-time and full-time available (15 - 40 hours a week) Shifts are 2:30 pm - 8:15 pm Monday - Wednesday, and Friday 10:45 - 7:00 PM and 8:00 am - 3:15 pm Saturday and/or Sunday.
