Sales Director - Consumer Product Testing (Remote)

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing seeks a Sales Director with 4+ years of experience in consumer product testing sales to drive business development and revenue growth. This remote role involves full-cycle sales management, pipeline generation, and account expansion within the softlines and hardlines testing sector.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients through inbound inquiries and targeted outreach campaigns
• Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and align Eurofins solutions accordingly
• Navigate full-cycle sales engagements leveraging Eurofins' global capabilities
• Identify upselling opportunities and manage revenue forecasting within existing accounts
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with key clients and resolve service escalations

Requirements

• 4+ years in business development, sales, or account management within consumer product testing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and growth targets
• Knowledge of quality management systems, accreditation standards, and product safety protocols
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Scoro or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with hunter mindset and negotiation ability
