Wages: $22-$30 including tips.
Our award-winning concept, Amaros Table, has proudly served the community since 2018 owned by local chefs who take great pride in bringing both quality and value to their guests. With a reputation for heartfelt hospitality, thoughtful scratch-made food, and a year-to-year award-winning cocktail program, were looking for experienced cooks to join our culinary team.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in the Kitchen: Youve worked in a busy kitchen and are confident on the line. Youre comfortable in a scratch-cooking environment and can keep pace during the rush.
• Attention to Detail: Every plate matters. You take pride in consistency, presentation, and making sure every dish lives up to the Amaros Table standard.
• Positive Attitude: Youre team-focused, solution-oriented, and bring great energy to every shift, even during peak hours.
• Willingness to Learn: Whether its refining techniques or learning new ones, youre always ready to grow and improve your craft.
• Strong Work Ethic: We value focus, cleanliness, and organization. You show up prepared and ready to deliver, every time.

What Youll Do:

• Cook from Scratch: Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and brand standards, focusing on flavor, freshness, and consistency.
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean and organized station, following food safety and sanitation standards throughout every shift.
• Support the Team: Help with prep, stock, and service flow. Pitch in where needed to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
• Focus on Quality: Ensure food is cooked and plated to perfection even when the kitchen is slammed.
• Communicate Effectively: Work closely with other cooks, prep staff, and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
