We are looking for compassionate and skilled professionals to provide therapeutic support in a collaborative and innovative environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for children, adolescents and parents.Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges.Develop, implement and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings.Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mental health care.RequirementsMaster's degree in Social WorkValid state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC)Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping young individuals.Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.Additional Benefits401(k)Flexible work from home options availableTraining & developmentOpportunities for advancementCompensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourDon't Meet Every Requirement?Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
