Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist

Acting as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist will work independently to manage a portfolio-wide impact in Coordination of Benefits, mentoring team members, and developing audit enhancements while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities Mentor team members and assist with onboarding and training within the Business Unit Produce insights as a subject matter expert in auditing and business optimization Perform quality control and validate submissions prior to client exportation Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of five years of related experience in healthcare 2-3 years of experience at Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits within the healthcare industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
