Veterans Employment & Case Manager - Reintegration

WestCare Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Employment & Case Management Specialist for the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program in Visalia, CA. The role provides integrated employment and case management services to Veterans facing barriers to employment, developing plans and assisting with meaningful employment and long-term stability. Responsibilities include assessments, service plan development, job coaching, resume and interview support, and collaboration with employers and Veterans' #J-18808-Ljbffr WestCare Foundation, Inc.
