Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience working in elementary school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to travel between two school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adapting techniques to support each student’s unique learning style
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive, inclusive educational environment
