People Experience Specialist

salary: $30 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Integration

• Design and execute end-to-end onboarding programs to integrate new hires efficiently.
• Coordinate pre-boarding logistics, including welcome communications, required paperwork, and workstation setups.
• Organize initial orientation sessions and functional training workshops.
• Collect and act on new hire feedback to refine the integration experience.

2. Offboarding & Offboarding Compliance

• Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback trends, and recommend retention improvements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions between departing employees and team members.
• Administer offboarding logistics, including equipment collection, benefits termination, and final payroll processing.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout transitions.

3. Talent Experience & Early Career Programs

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building workshops, and Early Career programs.
• Oversee event logistics from end to end, including venue selection, scheduling, and catering.
• Manage event communications to align engagement initiatives with company goals.
• Measure event impact and morale improvements via post-event analytics.

4. HR Administration & Life Cycle Support

• Provide generalist support across the employee lifecycle to address day-to-day staff inquiries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administrative data in HR systems.
