Senior IT Support Engineer A growing global financial services firm is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to support end users across a fast‑paced, enterprise environment. This role will provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, drive automation initiatives, and partner with global technology teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Boston, MA | Hybrid Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, identity management, networking, and endpoint‑related issues. Support onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and access management. Assist with automation, process improvements, and technical documentation. Serve as a senior escalation point and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and global IT teams on ongoing projects and initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Computing experience. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management tools. Scripting/automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security tools, and conferencing technologies. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
