Recruiter IIIWe are seeking a Recruiter III to support full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Development and related life sciences functions. This position will focus on attracting and hiring specialized talent across Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Programming, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Development Outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have extensive biotechnology or pharmaceutical recruiting experience.Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and define role requirementsSource, screen, and evaluate candidates for complex scientific and clinical development positionsProvide talent market insights and hiring recommendationsDocument candidate evaluations and manage interview processesSupport offer development and compensation discussionsBuild pipelines of qualified biotechnology and pharmaceutical talentCollaborate with internal stakeholders to drive effective hiring outcomesQualifications:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical recruiting experienceExperience supporting Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC, Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or related functionsStrong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skillsAbility to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneouslyExperience influencing hiring decisions and serving as a strategic talent advisorJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alameda, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
