Advocate for your patients by continuously monitoring their progress and communicating vital updates to the broader care team to ensure timely, life‑saving interventions. Coordinate a seamless care journey by acting as the central link between physicians, specialists, and support staff to provide a unified treatment experience. Empower patients and their families by spearheading the discharge planning process, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed for a successful recovery at home. Licensure/Certification/Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Driver's License preferred. Education High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Rotating PRN hours, dependent on department needs Previous ED Tech or EMT experience highly preferred BLS required Independent, proactive, critical thinker.
