Office Manager

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable  Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate the office schedule, appointments, and calendar.
• Manage and maintain the  CRM system , including customer records, leads, follow-ups, notes, and communications.
• Track leads and customer inquiries through the CRM and ensure timely follow-up.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
• Manage customer inquiries, communications, and follow-ups while providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate bookings and scheduling to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with marketing activities, including social media, promotions, email campaigns, and customer outreach.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping, records, invoices, and basic financial documentation.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members professionally and promptly.
• Help improve office organization, CRM processes, customer retention, and overall business efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to the business and management team.
