Start Date: 08/12/2026

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM 6:00 PM / 7 on 7 off model with occasional weekends

Employment Type: Contract

License/Certs: Active NC License and NC DEA required

Experience: Inpatient cardiology experience preferred

EMR Experience: Cerner EMR

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You'll Do

Conduct inpatient rounding and patient consultations
Assist cardiologists with procedures and patient management
Support the team with documentation in Cerner EMR
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting
Follow hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and care quality

What You Need

Required:

Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
NC DEA registration
Cardiology inpatient experience
Proficiency with Cerner EMR

Preferred:

Prior locum experience in cardiology
Strong communication and teamwork skills
