Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Paralegal to support our corporate legal team. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle, or Santa Monica. Candidates may indicate preferred location(s).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support to corporate attorneys
- Draft and review corporate contracts and documents
- Assist with corporate transactions and due diligence
- Manage corporate filings and compliance matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
- Maintain corporate documentation and records
- Track corporate deadlines and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; paralegal certification preferred
- 4+ years corporate paralegal experience
- Strong corporate law knowledge
- Excellent legal writing and research skills
- Proficiency with legal software and databases
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Compensation
- Salary: $85,000 – $133,750/year plus performance bonus
