Senior Labor Relations Strategist: Negotiations & Policy

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Labor Relations Specialist to support collective negotiations, policy development, and administration of universal agreements. The role involves advising supervisors, conducting research, and coordinating with General Counsel on grievance and arbitration matters.
