Post-Closer Interim Servicing Specialist I

Responsibilities Communicate over the phone and in writing with borrowers regarding payment dates and amounts Validate payment information Generate monthly billing statements Process monthly mortgage payments Disburse escrow payments Review insurance policies for adequate coverage and payment Issue transfer notices Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 2 years mortgage or banking experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel Encompass experience preferred Excellent work ethic, high productivity and acute attention to detail Must possess a short learning curve related to integration of new skills and tasks Superior written and verbal communication, follow up skills and a strong sense of accountability Stellar organization skills Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing work assignments Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in mortgage payment processing, billing statement generation, and insurance policy review, while maintaining superior communication and organizational skills.
