Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide psychotherapy services to clients as needed, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effectiveness.

• Oversee the documentation process by engaging in ongoing audits and quality assurance of client records, upholding compliance with agency regulations and funding requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing clinical consultation during both crisis and non-crisis situations, which is crucial for resolving immediate client needs.

• Manage the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns in alignment with agency goals, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation as required by management, ensuring accountability and transparency in service provision.

• Maintain a clean and organized virtual workspace, addressing any issues related to maintenance or safety promptly.

• Facilitate and coordinate training workshops for interns and trainees, ensuring they meet all documentation requirements for their respective universities.

This role focuses on providing support to a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families facing emotional and/or social issues, primarily in detox and recovery settings. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
