Community & Creator Partnerships Manager

Job Title: Community & Creator Partnerships Manager We’re building the Android of self-driving cars. We own our stack, from training state-of-the-art machine learning models on our own infrastructure to building the operating system, designing the hardware, and manufacturing it. We’re looking for someone who can independently keep comma’s community informed, supported, and engaged—and build relationships with creators who can help more people discover comma. What you'll do: Answer community and customer questions across Discord and social channels. Collect useful feedback, route bugs and support issues internally, and keep FAQs/resources up to date. Manage the Fleet Captains referral program: keep captains engaged, help them promote comma, and find ways to increase referrals and device sales. Research and reach out to relevant YouTube creators in cars, tech, and driver-assist; build relationships and convert strong fits into Fleet Captains or referral partners. Keep outreach, feedback, and follow-ups organized. Use AI tools to move faster on research, lists, drafts, and follow-ups. You should apply if You are a clear communicator, extremely responsive, organized, and good at maintaining relationships. You are comfortable doing online research and reaching out to people you do not already know. You can spot a problem, find the right internal owner, and follow through.
