We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Fort Smith, AR. This is a full-time position offering a pay rate of $19.20 per hour. The role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, providing support, and handling a variety of administrative tasks in a professional office environment.


As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by assisting customers both over the phone and in person. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This position also requires strong computer skills, as you will be using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
• Perform supportive tasks in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Manage inquiries, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily operations.
• Work onsite during standard office hours, with flexibility during open enrollment and occasional Saturday shifts.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.
