Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Position Overview As our Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as the Bliss Coordinator , owning the new patient process and ensuring consistent delivery of the Smilebliss mission: Affordability, a Blissful Experience, and Time Efficiency . You will guide patients through their consultation, clearly present treatment and financial options, and support confident same-day treatment starts. This role is essential in helping patients understand their options, feel confident in their decision, and begin treatment as efficiently as possible. Smilebliss Model Delivery Consultation and Treatment Coordination Lead the new patient consultation process from exam through treatment decision Present treatment recommendations clearly and support patient understanding of treatment benefits, timeline, and next steps Create a positive, efficient, and supportive consultation experience Financial Presentation and Case Acceptance Present financial plans and payment options aligned with Smilebliss affordability standards Review and complete contracts and required paperwork accurately #J-18808-Ljbffr OrthoSynetics Inc
