About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee the administrative and clinical services of a large multi-specialty practice group. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the overall practice operations in the Eastern region, with a key focus on developing and managing a strong provider network to ensure consistent and standardized processes for quality clinical services. This role requires a strategic leader who can create and maintain an exceptional patient experience, foster positive relationships with physicians, patients, and employees, and achieve budget targets and strong financial results. The VP will also be integral to the acquisition process, front-end revenue cycle activities, and must work closely with the Regional Medical Director and hospital service line leaders to support the overall strategy of the system. Candidates for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company should have an MBA or MHA, with a business-related expertise that may be substituted for an advanced degree. A minimum of 8-12 years of management experience in large physician organizations is strongly preferred, with experience in hospital-owned or sponsored physician networks being ideal. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in physician practice acquisition and integration, as well as practice development. The VP will be expected to create a strong team-oriented culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the execution of operational changes to enhance the delivery of healthcare. Collaboration, communication, and a focus on the needs of patients and referring physicians are essential for this position.
