Associate Project Manager – Retail Construction Projects Team As an Associate Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Retail Construction Projects Team and will be directly responsible for supporting the delivery of challenging Retail projects for a financial services client. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success. What your day-to-day will look like: Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control. Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain accurate project budget records. Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, managing team closeouts in coordination with project coordinators and external vendors, and assisting with project-related tasks. Opportunities to manage small works projects. Compensation & Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, manager approval required Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of project management principles and best practices. Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed. Preferred qualifications: Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion. Experience working with commercial real estate clients specifically within financial services. Knowledge of construction processes and building codes. Proficiency in project management process, software, and tools. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 75,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
