Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Preferred qualifications Experience building and scaling AI/ML-driven user experiences and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience working closely with Privacy, Legal, and Security teams to establish data governance frameworks. Experience navigating complex organizational structures to deliver cross-product area integrations. Strong analytical skills with experience defining OKRs, designing A/B experiments, and generating insights from high volumes of data. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Chrome Browse with AI Search features, transitioning Chrome into an agentic, stateful workspace. Author comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for key initiatives. Partner closely with engineering, UX, data science, and program management to design, build, and launch complex features across Chrome surfaces. Navigate Privacy, Legal, and Trust and Safety frameworks to establish secure data-handling policies, on-device filtering, and unified user consent models. Design and execute Launch Experiments (LEs), analyzing key metrics (Search Visits, AIM DAU, LMT queries) to make data-driven launch decisions.
