About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to join their early-stage startup and play a pivotal role in defining a new product category in AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product strategy and roadmap, driving product iteration, and leading social and content dynamics. This role also involves building the brand, ensuring trust, safety, and governance, and leading customer discovery and platformization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social products, a background in consumer-facing social platforms, and strong instincts around long-term engagement and loyalty. Experience with AI-first experiences, particularly in the context of LLMs, agents, or conversational interfaces, is essential. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company must have a proven track record in building AI-driven, data-intensive, or technically complex products, particularly in ambiguous environments. A background at social platforms is a must, with a focus on those that have experience in engagement loops, retention, and growth dynamics.
