Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and abilities, identifying individual challenges and collaboratively developing treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy, tailored to address the unique needs of each patient.

• Engage actively in program planning alongside the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in crisis intervention and triage evaluations, working collaboratively with outpatient and inpatient teams to best serve our patients.

Qualifications\n

• All applicants must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by potential performance-based bonuses.
