Online Sales ConsultantThe primary role of the Online Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads through compelling, call to action website content, and for following up on leads. The Online Sales Counselor will use expert knowledge and sales ability to convert the leads into appointments and the subsequent conversion to Sales.Building and maintaining realtor relations and promoting Dream Finders Homes throughout the communityResponding to all phone and internet inquiries expeditiously; converting leads to appointments and scheduling prospect appointmentsProviding varied project and administrative support to the team in the development of marketing and advertising programs/promotions for new and existing communitiesMeeting monthly minimum lead to appointment conversion goalsHighly motivated with the ability to work independentlySuperior time management skillsExceptional communication skills -- both written and verbalComfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partnersStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skills and time management skillsAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsProficient in MS windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and outlookTwo years prior sales experience, preferably in online sales or internet marketingKnowledgeable in residential homebuilding industry or real estateHigh School Diploma or equivalentThe work environment is representative of an office/field settingThe noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderateReasonable accommodations can be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the described essential functions of the job.While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear.
