1. What You Bring to the Role

• Minimum of three years of experience in application management and administration.
• Minimum of three years of experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems.
• Experience managing user accounts, system configurations, and application settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of certifications and experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL Server maintenance, and documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The IT Business Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing MCCU's critical business applications, including core banking, mortgage processing, and digital platforms. This role provides advanced application administration, user support, performance monitoring, and system configuration to ensure reliable and secure operations. The position works closely with business units, vendors, and the IT team to troubleshoot issues, lead system initiatives, support projects, and implement technology solutions that enhance employee and member experiences.

The role also supports IT security controls, system integrations, technology documentation, software maintenance, audit requests, and operational continuity while serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues
