Seeking an experienced Creative Design Director for a remote, full-time position, who will oversee the creation and execution of innovative design and content projects to enhance brand presence and support business growth. Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of creative initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual and written materials Lead all phases of custom design projects, providing creative direction and supervising designers on complex projects Develop and maintain content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing client relationships throughout the proposal process Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of management experience 5-8 years of related experience in creative content development and design Deep technical knowledge of multimedia production and digital content management Excellent planning and time management skills for managing multiple complex projects
